Could be anything, but whatever it is, I don't particularly trust it.

Much the same, one thing I've heard is maybe military tests of some kind.
The Cities like combining magic and technology, it doesn't seem completely improbable, really.

A weapon? That's a first.

[Then again the locals are farmers, so. It's no surprise military tests and weapons of mass destruction aren't on their radar. Maybe it's a possibility the Council is discussing amongst themselves, quietly.]

The lights seem harmless up close, though I haven't seen anyone succeed in catching one. Perhaps they're a distraction from something larger.

I've gone back to my job in Portam Hall and... yeah, I guess everything is pretty well the same as usual now.

Amazing how quickly people adapt and return to the status quo. It's the same in Solvunn. Apart from instituting a conclave for the Summoned, the locals are back to seasonal shrine offerings.

People as a whole are quite resilient.

It’s amazing the things you can adjust to, if you’re only put in the situation long enough. You truly can get desensitized to almost anything with enough exposure.
